Account Creation & Security
Terms of Registration
To open an account with rajbonus, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may only create one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure. If information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, rajbonus reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account.
During the account verification process, you may be asked to submit an ID or other documents. Certain features may be restricted until this process is complete.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password strictly confidential. Sharing your login credentials with anyone is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support@rajbonus.com immediately and change your password.
Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and update it regularly. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the rajbonus platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Providing incorrect information during a transaction may cause delays or issues, for which the user is solely responsible.
Withdrawal requests may take some time to process, and identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. rajbonus reserves the right to place holds on suspicious or unusual transactions and to conduct any necessary investigations.
